Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

- A Starter Kit of supplies is provided upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; guests are advised to plan a grocery store trip after settling in.
- A Charcoal BBQ is provided.
- Guests must clean and empty the ash before departure.
- Do not leave children unattended near the grill.
- Flames must be extinguished before disposing of charcoal/ash.
- PET FRIENDLY – Approval is required before bringing a pet.
- A $50 Pet Fee per pet (plus tax) is required after booking.
- Guests must pick up after pets.
- Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
- The property is unfenced and borders a natural forest.
- Do not explore beyond the property lines.
- The Fire Pit is used at guest’s own risk.
- Do not leave the fire unattended, especially around children or pets.
- The fire pit must not be moved from its location on the gravel area.
- This home uses well water, which is safe for use.
