The resort is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta or two hours’ drive from Brisbane Airport.

Airport transfers are not included in your package. Please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Hotel Room – packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people. No additional guests may stay.

One-Bedroom Spa Suite – packages valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (of any age) can stay for a surcharge of A$65 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided for a surcharge of A$10 per night (subject to availability), payable directly to the resort.

Two-Bedroom Spa Suite – packages valid for four people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is five people.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (of any age) can stay for a surcharge of A$65 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided for a surcharge of A$10 per night (subject to availability), payable directly to the resort.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Season Restaurant is open for dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday only. Discount valid on food only.

Housekeeping service with fresh linen (bed sheets and towels) provided is only available for five-night stays.

A maximum of two bikes per room can be hired at a time. In-room movie package valid for select titles only.
