Surfers Paradise can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and the Gold Coast’s famous theme parks are within a 30-minute drive. The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL) and an hour’s drive from Brisbane. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

We stayed in tower one on the 15th floor in a one bedroom apartment. It was a large lovely apartment. You had a washing machine and tumble dryer and all the mod cons free TV lovely balcony pretty nice views. You couldn’t fault the apartment very clean. Aircon was great.

Tower 1 is closer to the beach and has better views than Tower 2. We are staying in tower 2. Location is slightly better for the shops and restaurants from T2. Although we understand T1 has two pools on different floors. T2 has one pool. The apartment is well appointed. Spacious. Nice views. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great spot. Perfect for couples or families.

I can’t speak highly enough of ALL staff at Peppers Broadbeach. We enjoyed our stay immensely because of this. The hotel was lovely as are many but, staff is what made it an enjoyable, unforgettable experience for us on top of the beautiful, well maintained and clean property. Location is perfect! Thank you all for being so kind and welcoming, sincere best wishes to you all until our next visit!

I’m currently staying here with my sister and it is absolutely amazing! The staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful and friendly! They all go out of their way to make sure we are having an amazing holiday! They are super knowledgeable about what to do around here and ideas of where to go. Yesterday I asked about having the twin beds in my room made into a king and it was done in 15 minutes!! The facilities are fabulous! They even have a private cinema that can be hired with bean bags and comfy chairs. The location is absolutely perfect- super close to the beach and so many restaurants all around. The rooms are comfy and well equipped with lots of room. It definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
