Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily cocktail hour includes cocktails & local beer from a select menu, served from 3.30pm to 4.30pm at The Lookout Bar. Children can have a non-alcoholic drink from the kids menu which includes fruit juices and soft drinks.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served American-style at The Patio Restaurant from 7am-10am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is served at Scenic Restaurant from 6pm–9pm. Guests can choose from a specific Luxury Escapes menu.
• Welcome drink and fruit plate includes a herbal drink & local fruits on arrival.
• Guests receive a choice of either one 60-minute massage for two people OR one Thai cooking class for two people (includes two-menu demonstration and is select package only). This is a one-time offering per stay and must be selected upon arrival. Cannot be split or exchanged for cash value.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Deluxe Jacuzzi Suite:

• The Deluxe Jacuzzi Suite is located in a separate building across the road from the main resort. Guests staying in this suite will need to cross the road to access all main resort facilities including restaurants, bars, swimming pool, kids’ pool and reception.
