Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is located in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, one of the largest and deepest natural atolls in the world. From Velana International Airport (MLE) in Malé, you will board your included one-hour domestic flight, followed by a 30-minute boat transfer to reach the resort. Domestic flights operate at regular intervals throughout the day and the average wait time at the airport will be approximately one to four hours, depending on the arrival times of your international flight. Green Tax: A US$6 tax per person, per night applies to all guests and is not included in your package. Payable directly to the hotel.
Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$720 per adult (12+), US$895 per adult with alcohol (18+) and $360 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.
Optional Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of US$620 per adult (12+), US$895 per adult with alcohol (18+) and US$310 per child (2–11) applies for the optional Christmas Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:
- Breakfast is available at The Dining Room from 7.30am to 10.30am. Guests may choose any one item from the a la carte menu and a tea, coffee or juice per person.
- Two-course lunch is available at The Dining Room from 12pm to 3pm. Guests may choose one entree and one main, or one main and one sweet from the standard a la carte menu.
- Dinner is available at The Dining Room or Island Grill from 7pm to 10.30pm. Guests may choose one entree, one main and one dessert from the standard a la carte menu. Beverages are not included.
- Unlimited free-flow drinks are available at all food and drink venues from 11am to 11pm. Includes premium spirits, premium wine, premium champagne, tea, coffee, soft drinks, juice and all cocktails. Does not include minibar or in-room dining. Staff reserve the right to refuse service on Responsible Service of Alcohol grounds.
- Sundowner experience includes one glass of prosecco and canapés. This will be floating in villas with pools and regular for non-pool villas.
- Sundowner experience and sunset beach BBQ dinner should be booked in advance.
- 20% discount on diving experiences includes Guided Snorkeling, Discover Scuba Diving, PADI Certification, Diving Tour, Explore Dive Sites and Guided Night Snorkelling
Transfers Fine Print:
- The flight from Male Domestic Terminal to Kooddoo Domestic Airport is approximately one hour to 105 minutes depending on whether there is a ‘stopover’ at Kadhdhoo Domestic Airport. A short speedboat journey of approximately 30-40 minutes (weather dependent) will follow as the final stretch of your journey to the resort.
- All domestic flights are scheduled based on arriving and departing international flight times.
- Guests waiting for a domestic flight will be escorted to the Airport Lounge where light refreshments are available.
- Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa will require full names of travelling partner(s) as per your passport along with the international arrival and departure flight details.
- Maldivian Airlines confirms their flight schedules one day prior to arrival and as such the resort would be unable to confirm exact flight details until that time.
- Please provide arrival and departure information to the Reservations team at least seven days in advance of arrival.
- Transfer prices include the baggage allowance of 32kg per passenger and hand luggage of 5kg per passenger.
- Excess baggage will be charged and is subject to space availability and terms and conditions of the Air Carrier.
- Domestic flights are arranged by a third party and the operation hours are from 6am to 11.30pm. Within this time frame, there are approximately five flights and the final schedule is received from Island Aviation a day prior.
