Getting to Abu Dhabi is easy. Regular direct flights to Abu Dhabi are available with Etihad and Virgin Australia with an approximate flight time of 14 hours. Alternatively, flights to Dubai are available with Emirates and Qantas and the hotel is located a 90-minute drive from Dubai’s airport.

The hotel is approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH). A private airport pick up is included in your package. Private return airport transfers are available for upgraded packages only. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact Arabian Adventures directly via email at res1@emirates.com.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Park Room & Sea View Room - Packages are valid for two adults and one infant or child aged five years and under.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AED135 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, breakfast, and nightly dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to one child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of AED100 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, breakfast and nightly dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge with accommodation, breakfast and nightly dinner and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Guaranteed Interconnecting Park Rooms - Packages are valid for two adults and two children aged 17 years and under.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children/infants.

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests may stay.

Child Policy: Two children (aged zero to 17 years) are included in your package, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, daily breakfast and nightly dinner.

Connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons, guests may also enjoy a buffet breakfast at The Park Grill. (At hotel discretion and occupancy.)

Please note: For in-room honeymoon amenities, a honeymoon should be at the time of booking. A copy of wedding certificate (in last 6 months) must be presented upon arrival.

Early check-in, Late check-out: Please note you will have to choose if you prefer an early check-in or late check-out. Flight details must be provided in advance.

Spa Discount: 25% discount is not applicable on retail items.

Food & Beverage Discount: Please note 20% discount is not applicable for minibar items.

Private airport transfer information: Your package includes a one-way transfer from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Return airport transfers are available for upgraded packages only. Transfers will be provided by Arabian Adventures and cannot be booked via the hotel. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact Arabian Adventures directly via email at aatmres@emirates.com. You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 72 hours prior to arrival): Transfers are from Abu Dhabi International (AUH).

A copy of your BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL, plus the following details:

• Names of all travellers
• Ages of children travelling
• Arrival date and time or departure date and time
• Airline and flight number
• Contact phone number

IMPORTANT: Transfers (Lexus, Toyota or similar) are for three people but is recommended for 2 adults and one child aged 11 or younger.
