Paralos Irini Mare sits on Crete’s peaceful south coast, a short drive from the pink-sand shores of Elafonissi and the dramatic Samaria Gorge. Preveli beach and its famous palm-fringed lagoon, the Venetian harbour of Rethymno and the ancient Minoan site of Knossos are all within easy reach, making the resort an ideal base for exploring the island. The hotel is located approximately a 90-minute drive from Herklion International Airport (HER). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Nightly cocktail is served at Pool Bar and is fromt a set menu.

• Daily buffet or a la carte lunch (select packages) served at the Pool Bar from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
• Nightly buffet dinner is served in the main restaurant from 6:45pm to 9:15pm.
• Daily snacks (select packages) are available from Palm Pool Bar from 10am to 11pm. Snack a selection of pastries, cakes, healthy snacks, open sandwiches.
