Special instructions

This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. • New Year’s Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: AED 4000
• New Year’s Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: AED 2000 (from 4 to 11 years old)
• A tax is imposed by the city: AED 20.00 per accommodation, per night A tourism fee is imposed by the city and collected at the property. The fee is AED 20 for the first bedroom per night, and increases by AED 20 per night for each additional bedroom.

Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee of AED20 per room, per night is not included and is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in/checkout.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinners are included in the total cost:

• AED1000 per child (4-11)

• A complimentary Aquaventure Waterpark pass per person, per package is included for stays of 3+ nights only.
• For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of AED3,000 per adult (12+) and AED500 per child (2-11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.
