Absolutely loved our stay here! It was recommended by a friend and they weren’t kidding - the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel is excellent. It’s conveniently near shopping malls and the metro so you can minimise walking long distances in the heat! The rooftop pool and bar there were also vibes 😌 we will be back!

Good hotel, convenient location, perfect pool, it is clean and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned well. The hotel has a laundry and different options for caring for your clothes, there is a 24-hour store on the ground floor. The food for breakfast is very tasty and varied.

Pro Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms are big, there is a table and even a single sofa. Bed is firm and comfortable. They have connecting rooms. Breakfast is excellent as it changes every day. Location is convenient as next to emporium and near to emsphere mall. If you are bored of the chaotic Siam Bangkok area, you can try here. There are several Thai street food and massage parlour along the roads. Lifts are quite fast from level 1 to level 24. Cons Toilet flush button is too low and I always forgot to flush. I have to keep flipping the toilet cover down before I can flush. The toilet dustbin has a very small opening. I keep missing it. The toilet light is too dim, there is no white light. The toilet sink space is too small to put my make up and toiletries. Pillows is too soft for me. They do no have those firm and hard pillow. The main road is always busy. Is a two way straight with single lane. Is hard to enter and exit via car. Bike is the easiest. Lift is damn slow from level 24 - level 26 (pool/gym floor) Gym is super small, no major equipment. Just a rack of dumbbells, 2 running machine, and 1 cycling machine. In general this is a great hotel to stay.

The check-in process was quick and efficient but counter staff lack training to greet ACCOR ALL members. Rooms are spacious and clean, which is very important. I am a Diamond member but was not accorded the welcome greetings and no room upgrade was given (not even mentioned until i asked them).
