Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.

Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

Important: The property, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.

The property owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals at their discretion.

Please Note:

• A Starter Kit of supplies is provided upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; guests are advised to plan a grocery store trip after settling in.
• A security camera is present on the front/exterior of the home. There are NO cameras inside the home.
• Pool heating is $35 per day and must be requested and paid in advance.
  • Heating must be on for the entire stay.
  • A minimum of 3 nights is required if the stay is shorter.
  • Pool heaters are typically set between 88°F and 90°F, while spas are set to 104°F.
  • Pool heating is required for the spa to function as a hot tub.
  • Pool temperature is not guaranteed, especially during cold weather or after cold fronts.
  • Pool heating should be ordered 48 to 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Refunds for pool heat service are only provided in case of technical malfunction, and no further credit is issued if pool equipment fails or is unavailable.
• The Gas BBQ Grill is provided free of charge.
  • Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use.
  • Guests must replace the propane tank if needed.
• Guests must register at the clubhouse upon arrival.
  • The Resort will issue access cards for each vehicle.
  • A $20 fee per card, per vehicle will be charged by the Resort.
• No commercial or recreational vehicles (e.g., tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, RVs, trailers of any kind) are allowed to be parked on property overnight.
• The pool deck safety fence must not be fully removed.
  • To access the pool, remove a section, and always replace and secure it when the pool is not in use.
  • The safety fence must be fully replaced upon check-out.
