This hotel is simply the best. When you check in they have your room ready early, they have champagne waiting for you, they ask you what you want to do and experience and have a concierge waiting to assist your every desire. When you get to the room there is a bottle of champagne waiting, a minibar, much larger rooms and bathrooms than the standard Parisian hotel. The hotel is centrally located and you can get to anywhere within walking distance or Ubers/taxi are readily available. We had to leave a day early and they even facilitated that, honored a day refund and handled speaking with AMEX to do so. I cannot understate the amazing service and experience. I will never stay anywhere but this location when visiting Paris again. Thank you very much.

The hotel was close to everything . We the app bolt to get around . The breakfast buffet was the best pastries , smoked salmon , avocado on sourdough toast and they made me hot tea with fresh lemons it was the best!! The room with balcony view was nice and we could also see the opera from it . They have free glass of 1 (soft drink or wine) every night . The pool and sauna was cool. I used it had no one there I suggest telling people at checkin or a sign in the lifts . It also had a spa but didn’t have time to use .

What an incredible hotel and team of staff. This was our first time staying at the hotel, but it will be our choice every time we visit Paris in the future. The rooms were modern, elegant and comfortable. The team were professional and polite, catering to our every need. The amenities and services offered within the hotel were top notch. The value for money in this hotel far exceeds many other 5 star hotels we have stayed at. If you’re unsure about trying the hotel, take my word for it, as someone who has travelled over 40 countries and stayed at hundreds of hotels. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a great stay at this hotel overall—the staff was incredibly friendly, especially the receptionist Kholoud, who was so helpful and made the experience much smoother. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. However, I was surprised to find that the rooms didn’t have a heater, which made it a bit uncomfortable during colder nights. Additionally, the AC system was quite complicated to figure out, which added some frustration. If they could simplify the AC controls and provide heating options, it would make the experience even better.
