Update 16 June 2025 10.19am AEST: JEN hotel Hong Kong by Shangri-la will commencing an enhancement project for some guest rooms starting in early August 2025. The Club Lounge, rooftop pool and fitness centre will be temporarily closed for approximately six months. We will do our best to keep disruptions to a minimum.

Update 18 October 2024, 9.30am AEST:** The regulation of disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products used in hotel guest rooms is in effect. Hotel has put plastic-free and refillable alternatives in service. Some items containing plastics will be available at a charge per regulation.
