Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All-inclusive dining includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, chosing from a select menu. In-room dining is not included.
• Breakfast is served at It’s Everything from 6.30am to 10.30am
• Lunch and dinner are available at It’s Everything, Eat, Pool Bar and De Beppe from 11.30am to 9.30pm.
• Free-flow drinks include local drinks, draught beers, mixed drinks and house wine from a select menu, available from 11.30am to 9.30pm.
• Included massage is a choice of a Thai or oil massage. The spa is open from 10am to 8pm. Massages must be booked at least three days in advance.
• Guests must provide flight details at least three days prior to arrival to arrange their one-way airport pickup.
• There is a long tail boat available for in-house guest who wish to go to Phuket town. The boat will leave the hotel for Laem Hin Pier between 7am and 11pm. Times are subject to change, we recommend reaching out to the hotel for the latest information. This long tail boat ride from the resort to Laem Hin Pier takes around five minutes. Laem Hin Pier is around 20-minutes away from Old Phuket Town by car.
• Daily activities include a broad range of rotating activities, with four unique activities on offer each day, ranging from breakfast cruises and bike tours to treasure hunts and bird watching. Specific activities cannot be guaranteed, please refer to the resort’s schedule.

Boat Transfer Fine Print:

• Guests will be picked up from Phuket International Airport (HKT) and transferred to the Boat Lagoon Pier.
• It is a 40-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT) to the Boat Lagoon Pier.
• Guests must provide flight details to the hotel at least two days in advance.
• The return boat transfer will take 20 minutes to travel from the pier to the resort. Boat transfers depart from the pier at 9.30am. 10.30am, 12.30am, 2pm, 3.30pm and 5pm, and from the resort 10.00am, 11.30pm, 12.30 pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5.30pm daily (schedule subject to change).
• Guests arriving after 6pm may take the scheduled Longtail boat shuttle from Laem Hin Pier to the resort. Longtail shuttles depart at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11pm daily (schedule subject to change).
• Guests must arrange their own transfer from the pier to the airport on departure.
• Guest can also contact the guest service centre to reserve a private speed boat transfer. Booking required to be made at least one day in advance, subject to availability. Private speed boat transfer surcharges: up to eight people: daytime at THB8,500 per way, and after 6pm at THB10,500 per way. Between nine and 20 people: daytime at THB12,000 per way, and after 6pm at THB14,000 per way. Between 21 and 30 people: daytime at THB18,000 per way, and after 6pm onward at THB20,000 per way.
