Great cleaning - beautiful views from the hotel room. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend also steak tartare for dinner. Receptionist that checked me in was very welcoming and warm. Very positive experience, will be staying here again on my next trip to Paris

Outstanding hotel. The staff are so helpful and professional. The rooms were huge and extremely comfortable. Kenza at the Club Lounge offered particularly outstanding service. The breakfast was fabulous. Can’t fault a thing. Such a special treat to stay at this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Le Grand, and I must say, Elias at the reception made my experience truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. His knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area was impressive, providing me with great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Elias went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, promptly addressing any questions I had and even assisting with my luggage. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest. It's rare to encounter someone who is not only proficient in their job but also passionate about making guests feel welcome. I highly recommend the Intercontinental Le Grand, and if you have the chance to meet Elias.

The building and interior is historic and beautiful. It was a busy time at the end of the year, but we couldn't get into our room until an hour after check-in time. And the concierge atitude was rude. We chose a room with a view of the Opera, but we could only see a little by leaning out onto the balcony. There were coffee sets in the room, but no cups. There were a few hairs in the bathroom. But the king size bed was a great. The biggest shock was the breakfast. We are an Asian family, but we were rudely ushered to the stairs at the entrance, and shortly afterwards we saw a French-speaking family of the same size as us being politely led to a good seat. There were only Asian families around the stairs. It was surprising, but it happened. I really questioned whether this was 5-star service in all respects, so I decided to leave a review here. The reason I didn't give it one star is because we met 3 great doormen and waiters.
