Gutshof Zillertal Hotel [184858] Stay and Play in the Spectacular Austrian Alps

Getting to Gutshof Zillertal Hotel is easy. Flights depart to Munich International Airport in Germany, from most Australian cities via Qantas, Virgin Australia, Emirates, British Airways, Etihad Airways and more.

VIP airport transfers to the ‘Park and Fly’ office to pick up your hire car are included in this package.

The airport is approximately 190km away from the hotel, about a 2-hour drive in your hire car.

Peak Season Surcharge: A surcharge of EUR50 (approx. AU$72) per room per night applies for stays 28 January 2017 to 18 April 2017, payable directly to the hotel (blackout dates still apply).

Friday and Saturday Night Surcharge: All check-ins for a 3, 4 or 5-night package on a Friday or Saturday will be required to pay a surcharge of EUR20 (approx. AU$29) per person per stay, payable directly to the hotel.

Extra Charges: Extra charges apply including local tax of EUR4.90 (approx. AU$7) per person per night, payable directly on arrival; car cleaning charge of EUR20 (approx. AUD$30) payable directly on departure; additional car insurance available for EUR6 (approx. AUD$9) per day; and a navigation system in each car for EUR5 (approx. AUD$7), payable directly on arrival.

Booking Guarantee: Make a booking within 14 days from the date of purchase and if you don’t get your preferred dates within the validity period of the deal then we will give you a FULL refund. Please note that evidence of an attempted booking must be provided to our Support Team via email no more than 2 days after the 14 day period. At this point, we will escalate with management to try and secure your preferred dates and if they are still unavailable, a full refund will be payable (booking must be made by 31 December 2016).

Once your preferred package is selected you’ll click through to ‘Choose Your Dates of Travel’ and will be able to enter in your preferred check-in date. Blackout dates will not be selectable and surcharge periods will be shown with surcharges payable directly to the hotel on check-in.

Buy Now & Book Later: Don’t want to lock in your dates straight away? Choose ‘Buy Now & Book Later’ to purchase a package and book dates at a later period within the validity period. To book your dates, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults.

Baby Policy: Up to two children aged 3 years or younger stay free of charge and do not count towards room capacity, up to two baby cots can be provided free of charge (subject to availability).

Family Room Upgrade: Upgrades to family rooms are available for a surcharge of EUR25 (approx. AU$36) per adult per night (payable to directly to the hotel), please contact the resort on securing your booking for specific pricing. Family rooms are subject to availability.

All room types are strictly subject to availability at time of booking.

600 km are included in the car rental. If guests drive more than 600 km, a surcharge of EUR0.10 (approx. AU$0.14) per extra kilometre will apply, payable directly to the rental company. The rental car can be picked up from 2pm on the arrival and must be returned by 1pm on the departure date. Guests can extend their booking for a later drop-off than 2pm for an additional cost of EUR40 (approx. AU$57) if they return it at 4pm or EUR60 (approx. AU$86) if they return it at 7pm.

Guests will receive one EUR40 (approx. AU$57) spa voucher and one EUR20 (approx. AU$29) minibar voucher per day. Any unused spa or minibar credit will not be refunded and credit cannot be exchanged for cash. Guests will be required to select their preferred spa treatments within 48 hours of receiving a booking confirmation.

For car rentals, guests will be required to fill out a car registration form in advance.

Mountain bikes are only available during the summer period.

Ski discount and ski shuttle to the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen cable car is only available during the winter.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this package.

All activities and services are subject to availability.

All surcharges are payable directly to the hotel.

Strictly no refunds for this package for amendments and change of date - fees are at the hotel’s discretion/policy.

Additional expenses such as (but not limited to) flights are not included with this package.

Up to two packages can be purchased and combined for an extended stay.

Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond your intended stay overseas.
