Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$400 per adult (12+), US$300 per child (16–17) and US$200 per child (2–5) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- The all-inclusive plan begins at check-in and concludes at checkout
- Guests can dine at the following venues, during their respective opening hours only:
- Baraveli: breakfast 7am–11am; dinner 6.30pm–10pm
- Midi: bar 10am–11.59pm; snacks 11am–5pm; dinner 7pm–10pm
- Cocoon: High tea 3.30pm–5pm; lunch and dinner 10am–1am (10pm last food order)
- SOI: lunch 12pm–3pm; dinner 7pm–10pm
- BŌ: dinner 7pm–10pm
- Guests receive one dinner at BŌ per four nights of stay. Guests staying eight nights or more will receive two dinners.
- Free-flow drinks: All drinks under the all-inclusive plan are for individual consumption and served by the glass. The selection includes 100 wine labels, 100 handcrafted cocktails across the resort, house champagne, premium spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks available during meals and at all bars from 10am to 1am.
- Dining benefits cannot be transferred, substituted, or refunded for unused portions.
- Items marked “SUP” on menus are not included in the all-inclusive package and will be charged separately.
- Daily US$20 resort credit per person: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any experience, including spa treatments, watersports, excursions and the wellness programs. No minimum spend applies. Credit can be used daily or accumulated towards a larger spend.
- Speedboat Transfers: Dusitd2’s team will greet you upon arrival and escort you to the jetty for a swift and effortless journey. Transfers run according to resort schedule. After booking, simply share your flight details with our reservation team and they will match you with one of our scheduled speedboat transfers operating at set times each day. Please provide international flight details to reservations at least 5 days prior to arrival to ensure that transfers are able to be confirmed
