This is an excellent hotel to stay in whether for one night, or half a week. I stayed here four nights for work, commuting in and out of London Central each day. I felt this option held much more value and quietness than staying in the city. The room value was excellent, quite large and spacious with all amenities needed, including a Nespresso machine, robe, slippers, etc. I opted for the King Premium Club Floor, which gave lounge access as well. It was perfect for me to grab a light bite with some wine and head to sleep each night. The floors are key access for security. A very lush breakfast buffet was included in the price as well. It was very filling and tasty. There is a nice cafe in the lobby as well which has all day food and drinks. Or a separate posh bar for the evening, perhaps after you eat at their nice restaurant. In other words, you wouldn't really need to leave! 😅 This is a very easy to access hotel from all terminals. LHR won't charge your card to use the tube in-between T1-T5. This hotel is in T4, top floor near departures. Head all the way to the right until you see the sign and continue down a long covered walkway. If you want to head into Central London, I prefer using the Elizabeth Line. It's nicer and newer. But depends where you're heading. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

My favourite hotel of all at any of the terminals. Situated next to T4 accessed by a covered walkway. You can connect to other terminals relatively easy and free by underground or pay on the local buses such as the 482 and 490 connecting from T5 and only a few stops away. Pleasant and efficient staff. Large lobby with bar and restaurant. Rooms clean and comfortable.Enjoy your stay.

Stayed there a couple of years ago and just recently met some relatives there over breakfast. Great location. Also very convenient if you come on motorcycle as the motorcycle parking is literally between the hotel and the Heathrow Terminal 4.

This hotel is slightly odd in that it's internal areas have no natural light. The only rooms that do have are the ring around the outside. Restaurant is ok and meals were prompt and well cooked. We used it to stay and park and the covered walkway to terminal 4 was very helpful. Train links are good with Elizabeth line links to terminals 2 and 3 being fast around 8 minutes on the train.
