The hotel front desk and concierge staff were not just friendly, but genuinely helpful, answering all my questions with warmth. Housekeeping was exceptional, ensuring our room was a beautiful sanctuary each day. I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel on my next trip to Hong Kong. This experience was truly uplifting; the hotel was well-prepared and welcoming. They even had a room ready for me to check in an hour early. With a plethora of food and shopping options nearby, this place embodies comfort and convenience. I will absolutely be back to create more memories here.

A Luxurious Stay with Exceptional Service Cordis Hotel Hong Kong is truly a gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The resort itself is stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay—Kevin, Mahen, and Nicki provided outstanding service, making us feel right at home. Even the General Manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The 5-star service started right from the airport pickup, making the arrival experience smooth and stress-free. Every detail was taken care of with professionalism and a smile. A true 5-star experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hong Kong!

The hotel was easy to find from the airport. Take a red taxi. Cash only taxi fare. They have 24 hour room service that is very good. All the food was great. The is a mall adjacent to the hotel which is excellent for any shopping you want to get done. I would come back again. The roof top pool was so lovely and refreshing. Everything was neat and tidy especially since it was the festive period of Xmas and new year.

I’d been here many times because the location is pretty good, 3 minutes away from the metro station, while the room is acceptable. And i like the swimming pool here. They provided cute teabags this time. But you can't get checked in until around 3pm, and i just found my room is soundproof badly this time. Even in the middle night, you can hear the loud Knocks from upstairs.
