We had a few pleasant nights here. The room was spacious and comfortable, well-equipped with a gas stove, washing machine, dryer, etc. The bathroom was also huge. However, the ocean view was quite average—you could only see a small corner of the sea, and there was no sunset view. The mattress was mediocre and lacked proper support, though I guess this could be subjective. The breakfast included in the room rate was very, very average. We expected a buffet, but it turned out you could only choose one item from the menu, and it didn’t even include coffee. There are no vegetables and fruits. The best decision we made was renting a car, as the walk from the hotel to the town centre was quite long and involved uphill climbs. Overall, our stay was okay, but I don’t think we’d come back.

We stayed at Club Wyndham for 6 days. We had booked our trip through Luxury Escapes. Location was very good. The bar and meal service was very good and staff were amazing. Breakfast and dinner was also extremely good. Our only issue was the level of Quality of the room. Our Room was dated and in need of a freshen up and some maintenance. It had a basin you had to hold the plug up so it didn't overflow, missing tiles and mould in bathroom, curtains hanging off and dirty, Furniture was dirty. This was reported to front desk staff at the start and end of our stay. We also followed up Luxury escapes during our stay with photos for there records. Luxury Escapes followed up Wyndham but with no luck or explanation as they denied there was any issues raised. I am sure other rooms are amazing but room 137 missed the mark in a big way. Please don't respond with you missed the mark as you had an opportunity to address this but chose not to reply back to Luxury Escapes.
