Great location close to everything and tram system. Room was fantastic and was given an upgraded room without asking. The staff was so kind and wonderful. View from my room was AMAZING!! Very happy I stayed here during my travel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Sahan for arranging an early check-in and giving us a room with stunning views of Flagstaff Gardens and the city—truly picturesque! Angeli was also amazing, allowing us a late check-out to accommodate our baby’s needs. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to consider our requests. The hotel's location is another highlight. Being close to Melbourne's free tram zone made it super convenient to explore the CBD without any hassle. This feature added great value to our stay! Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for its excellent service, beautiful location, and family-friendly approach!

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The breathtaking view from level 33 was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfectly situated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our two-night stay was filled with wonderful memories. Highly recommend!

We stayed a weekend at this hotel, and we were assigned a room on the 5th level. It was a bit weird and inconvenient, though, that, from the hotel lobby, we had to take a lift to level 3A, then get off and walk around to the other lift lobby to take another lift from level 3A to level 5. 🤔🤨 Same thing to do when you go down, unless you want to end up in a vacant lobby and go out to the narrow back alley with nearby construction going on. Our room was clean and very comfortable - we had everything we needed. We had a washing machine/dryer with a little pack of laundry soap to use, so that was great. Our fridge was larger than what you'd usually get at hotel rooms. The freezer was large enough to fit a 2L tub of ice cream in there, or 1.5L softdrink. Aside from little packs of coffee, tea, sugar, and sweetener, there were also little packs of drinking chocolate, which was really good, as not everyone drinks tea or coffee. There are lots of power points in the room, which was helpful for charging a number of electronic devices at the same time, when in a rush. From our window/balcony, we also had a lovely view of Flagstaff Gardens.
