    • Salmon tartatre, ponzu dressing, avocado, honey-cured yolk, prawn cracker and micro red shiso (GF)
    • Zucchini flower with ricotta stuffing (V)
  • Course Three (choose one):
    • Seared barramundi, sage beurre noisette, fennel, sauce gribiche, herb oil, peas puree, charred lemon and herbs (GF)
    • Tajima striploin MB 6+ 250 gram, charred seasonal vegetables and truffle mash, herb butter, red wine jus, mizuna red and chickweed (GF)
  • Course Four (choose one):
