• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day on request: Departs 10am, returns 5pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid for the date and validity as selected upon purchase
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: ICS Thailand will arrange a pick-up from your hotel on a minibus, at least one hour before the cruise departure, and bring you back after the cruise ends. Please advise of hotel location at time of booking
• Late arrivals and no-shows to pick-up will void your offer

Important:

• Menu is subject to change. Images and menu descriptions are provided as an example only
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–11. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time
• Meals, drinks and transfers not specified above in inclusions are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to ICS Thailand
• Transfers included are from all Phuket areas
• Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol, soft drink or food on board

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Catamaran experiences are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of ICS Thailand for passenger and crew safety
