• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return vehicle transfers are included from selected Melbourne CBD hotels. Please advise of your location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Exclusions: All drinks, additional food at lunch, and merchandise at Wildlife Wonders Sanctuary
• Set dining menu applies. Dietary restrictions should be informed in advance. Any excess amount must be paid directly to venue
• Please allow up to 13 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum number of four passengers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled. Maximum group size per tour is 15
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• All passengers are to abide by all instructions given to you before and during the tour by your guide. The tour can be terminated, or your right to participate in the tour, in the event that you fail to comply with any such instructions that your behaviour disrupts the tour or threatens the safety of its participants. You will not be entitled to a refund

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made between 8–14 days from departure date: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 3–7 days from departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellation made within 72 hours or less of departure date, late arrivals or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Minimum 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made and is subject to availability. Rescheduling is at the discretion of Great Private Tours. They will always try to reschedule if dates allow
