• Bookings are essential at least 48 hours in advance. After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
• Please note: Premium Tours will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Booking changes may be subject to an amendment fee from 10 GBP per person.
• All amendments must be made in writing to bookings@premiumtours.co.uk by the person who made the original booking. Once amended, all bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable

• Drop-Off Point: Tour concludes near Gloucester Road underground station. Participants will have to make their way to their hotels after tour

• Please allow up to 11 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Food and drinks, including lunch, are not included in this tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
• Travel is via luxury air-conditioned coach with free Wi-Fi on board. During peak periods, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi may be used
• Free time will be provided in Bath for the afternoon. Guests will have time to shop, explore and eat lunch, while those with upgraded tickets will have time to visit the Roman Baths Museum

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–16. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

• Premium Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Premium Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
