  • Luxury Escapes will email your official ticket (if available) to your email address within five business days of purchase. This official ticket will be required to redeem your experience.
  • Due to high volume of bookings, we recommend you prepare a few alternative dates, as your preferred selection may not be available

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancel bookings up to 24 hours before travel to receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee

• Please arrive at the hotel 15 minutes before your booked time. Tickets are only valid for the date and time shown on your ticket

• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 48 hours' prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Images and sample menu have been provided as an example only
• Valid for dine-in only
• Additional food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Dress code: Smart casual. Guests not adhering to the dress code policy will not be permitted entry into the venue
