• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

72 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available selected dates: Hotel pick-up from 7.45am for 8.30am tour departure. Tour ends 12.15pm, followed by drop-off to hotel (times are approximate)
• Bookings available from 8 July 2024
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Hotel transfers are available from selected Broome accommodation to Gantheaume Point – please make your selection at time of booking
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Terms & Conditions:

• A reasonable amount of agility and fitness is required to partake in this tour, guests may get their feet wet on embarkation & disembarkation of the vessel. The beachside boarding and disembarking process can at times be challenging particularly in certain weather conditions and tide height.
• Whilst canapes are provided for tasting at the end of the tour, breakfast & lunch are not provided.
• All children (4–12) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Infants (0–3) are not permitted on this tour
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• If Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures cancels your Tour for reasons other than Force Majeure (see below), Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures will endeavour to accommodate you on alternative dates. If that is not possible or if alternative dates are not suitable for you, then Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures will provide a full refund
• For amendments due to government closures and force majeure events, guests will receive credit voucher for the full value of the booking paid on the booking with a 12-month validity date. The credit can be applied to the cost of any future Journey Beyond product/experience Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
