Watch your feast come to life on the teppan grill in a private, heritage-listed dining room in Sydney’s historic The Rocks.

Land and Sea Omakase Experience Highlights:
- Poke Cup: Hawaiian-style sashimi in spicy poke sauce served in a crisp charcoal pastry cup on a pillow of goat cheese with yuzu jam and honeyed lotus root
- Flaming No1 Special: Crab salad with avocado wrapped in Hiramasa kingfish and flamed on the teppan with our secret sauce
- Yumi’s Cauliflower Soup: A rich fusion of slow-roasted cauliflower blended with caramelised onion, butter, fresh vegetable stock and cream
- Foie Gras: Poached French foie gras cooked on the teppan and stacked with daikon, shiitake mushroom, asparagus and nomono sauce, with shaved black truffle and a touch of gold
- Cauliflower Soup: A rich fusion of slow-roasted cauliflower and caramelised onion, butter, fresh vegetable stock and cream
- Hot Mushroom Salad: A posy of shimeji, enoki and shiitake mushrooms, sautéed in garlic and seaweed butter, served over mixed leaves, drizzled with house-made soy dressing
- Seafood Selection: Large king prawn and Hokkaido scallop, and line-caught pineapple-cut Pacific calamari — all cooked to perfection, served with lemon and dipping sauce
- Yuzu Sorbet: Aromatic yuzu lemon sorbet to cleanse the palate
- The Finest Land and Sea Wagyu Combo: 75g Japanese Grade 5 Wagyu, regarded as the best in the world, served with Patagonian toothfish — called the ‘Wagyu of the Sea’ — steamed in wine and butter, then flame-finished with Saikyo yaki miso baste, served with a sauté of zucchini, capsicum, shimeji and shiitake mushrooms in garlic sesame oil
