Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations made within 14 days to 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made within 48 hours before departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 14 days notice is required to change a booking you have made
Important:
- The Kakadu breakfast snack includes a home-made toasted ham and cheese croissant, yoghurt, banana, juice, tea and coffee
- The Kakadu Picnic Lunch is an Adventurers Salad (a mix of spinach and rocket leaves, double brie cheese, papaya seeds, sundried tomato, avocado and chicken)
- Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
- By participating in this tour you consent to Ethical Adventures using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium they choose
- Please note that this is a public tour and you will likely be sharing your experience with other guests. Maximum group size is 10 guests

Terms & Conditions:
- This tour requires a minimum of six guests to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child’s behaviour whilst on tour
- For concession ticket holders, a valid student or seniors ID must be presented upon request
- A moderate level of fitness and agility as evidenced by the ability to walk up a flight of stairs unaided is required for this tour
- Ethical Adventures may cancel a trip due to but not limited to logistical or operational issues, insufficient sign-ups or any other cause that makes the trip unfeasible to operate. If Ethical Adventures cannot facilitate your trip, they will endeavour to place you with another operator of their choosing agreeable to passengers
- In cases where an alternative that is acceptable to you is not found you will receive a full refund performed via internet transfer of funds to the source account of initial payment or cash payout. This amount will include any reservations monies paid to third parties such as Booking Agents and transaction fees paid by you for your tour with Ethical Adventures. This will constitute full settlement
- It is possible that a tour will be underway which may need to end prematurely due to environmental conditions such as flooding or severe storms. In such cases there is no refund issued
