• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Swimwear
• Sunscreen and hat
• Towels
• Change of clothes
• Cash or credit card for any purchases onboard (photography, souvenirs etc.)

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, and hotel transfers (unless otherwise stated)
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• All guests must review the Introductory and Certified Diver Medical Declaration and Terms & Conditions prior to booking. You will be required to complete the medical declaration on the day at check-in to review
• Divers over 65+ (or 45 for PADI dive courses) must have a medical clearance with a physician who confirms they are Fit To Dive. This can be provided by your own GP before you leave for your holiday
• Please be aware that certain medical conditions (e.g. asthma, heart disease, diabetes) and/or prescription medication may prevent some people from diving. If you have a certain medical condition or are taking prescription medication it is imperative to review our Introductory and Certified Diver Medical Declaration prior to travel and to seek advice from your physician
• Scuba diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body spaces must be normal and healthy
• In the interests of safety, it is recommended participants do not fly within 24 hours of the last dive. You will not be allowed to dive until you are declared medically fit to dive. For advice, please contact Sunreef Mooloolaba directly
• All divers will be required to fill out a Divers Statement after booking. This is to be filled out one time only. If you answer “yes” to taking medication (other than contraception and malaria medication), having an injury or illness that may affect your ability to dive, you will need doctor’s clearance before diving with Sunreef Mooloolaba. If you are pregnant/trying to become pregnant, you cannot dive
• Please note if you have not dived in the last two years you will be required to complete a Scuba Review/Refresher course before you can participate in any diving activities. These can be arranged on most days at set times provided you give at least three days notice. Please contact Sunreef Mooloolaba on 07 5444 5656 for more information
• This dive takes place in open water and it is suggested that divers look into seasickness medication to minimise the chance of it impacting your trip
