• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Please ensure you are at your departure location no later than the scheduled boarding time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, entry fee to Bamburgh Castle, direct hotel transfers and optional gratuities
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow the full day for this experience, including travel time
• Children must be aged 5+ to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed
• Travel insurance is required for all passengers covering all applicable dates of travel with Highland Explorer Tours
