Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Booking changes may be subject to an amendment fee from GBP10 per person. All amendments must be made in writing to bookings@premiumtours.co.uk by the person who made the original booking. Once amended, all bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable

• Bookings valid to 31 March 2024
• Departure Point: Victoria Coach Station (Gate 18-20), 164 Buckingham Palace Road, Victoria, SW1W 9TP (please arrive at 8am)
• Please check in at least 30-minutes prior to your departure time. Boarding commences 15-minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Drop-Off Point: Tour concludes near Gloucester Road underground station. Participants will have to make their way to their hotels after tour

Important:

• Tour will run for approximately 13 hours
• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Travel is via luxury air-conditioned coach with free Wi-Fi on board. During peak periods, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi may be used

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–16. Children aged two and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
