• Booking requests must be submitted at 48 hours in advance
• Select your desired entry time for the lounge when booking. Bookings are request only and subject to availability
• Please ensure your full name details at booking match your boarding pass information
• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
• Provide a copy of your voucher to the reservations team
• Staff will check the valid date on the voucher and ensure its details match the guest’s boarding pass

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
