Important:

• Please allow approximately 15–20 minutes total for this experience (includes 10 minutes’ flight time)
• Each flight has a maximum total weight limit including fuel, passengers etc. Each passenger will be weighed prior to boarding the helicopter
• All flights are minimum of two passengers and maximum of three passengers per flight, depending on individual passenger weights
• If someone flying is over 100 kg, please call upon booking and inform at the time of booking of ALL accurate passenger weights
• Robinson R44 helicopter manufacturers have an individual seat limit of 130 kg. Please feel free to call Barossa Helicopters to discuss the total seat weight
• Transfers to/from the Barossa Helicopters Helipad are not included in this experience
• Must be aged 4+ to fly. Each person is required to have their own individual seat regardless of age. A child must be able to sit independently on their own seat. Children are not allowed to sit on laps

• Barossa Helicopters reserves the right to change flights due to weather conditions or other operational considerations (a refund will be available). The pilot’s decision is final – regardless of the occasion. Your safety and that of the pilot and aircraft are the number one priority
• Full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Barossa Helicopters due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen event
