- Course One: Gado–Gado: poached vegetables, fried tofu, fried bean cakes, rice cake, crackers, peanuts sauce
- Course Two: Sop Buntut: oxtail soup with carrots, leeks, potatoes, celery, nutmeg, chilies relish, lime wedges
- Course Three: Mixed Satay: Grilled chicken skewers, beef skewers, lamb skewers, peanut sauce with chicken broth & rice
- Course Four: Banana fritters with ice cream

- Course One: Selection of Cold Dishes: long beans, chicken, young jackfruit, and serombotan with coconut sambal
- Course Two: Ayam Kuah Cundang: traditional chicken clear soup with Balinese spices
- Course Three: Steamed rice with sweet potato, Sate Lilit Ayam (minced chicken satay), Kacang Mekalas (braised long beans, coconut milk), Bebek Goreng (crispy duck, Balinese spices), Beef Menyat Nyat (beef stew, curry sauce)
