• Smashed Avo: Two free-range poached eggs, smashed avocado, homemade hummus, feta, dukkah, cherry tomatoes, on Fellini sourdough
• Pulled Pork - Tiradda de cerdo: Two free-range poached eggs, homemade spiced pulled pork, smashed avocado topped with hollandaise sauce on rustic ciabatta
• Mushroom Dukkha: Two free-range eggs, butter thyme mushrooms, spinach, grilled tomato, crumbled hash brown, dukkah on Fellini sourdough
• Royale: Two free-range poached eggs, spinach, smoked salmon on Fellini sourdough, topped with hollandaise sauce
• Nutella Waffles: Served with vanilla gelato, chocolate sauce, strawberries banana, marshmallow and whipped cream
