With ten years of service as a judge on Channel 10’s MasterChef (alongside Gary Mehigan), a weekly national food column, six bestselling cookbooks and countless accolades, it’s no exaggeration to say he’s at the heart of everything delicious in Australia.

Some chefs are built different: after training at iconic London venues The Connaught and Le Souffle, Gary Mehigan returned to Melbourne for a blazing career across some of the city’s best restaurants. He served for a decade on Channel 10’s MasterChef (alongside Matt Preston) and is currently working on crafting documentaries filled with delicious wonder for National Geographic.

Diana Chan

Accountant by profession, celebrity chef by vocation, Diana Chan has dazzled Australian audiences since winning MasterChef in 2017. Shane Delia

Shane Delia brings a wealth of expertise and passion for Middle Eastern cuisine, shaped by years exploring the region’s rich traditions. As owner and head chef of Melbourne’s award-winning Maha, he’s celebrated for his innovative flavours and has earned global recognition as host of Shane Delia’s Spice Journey, broadcast in 135+ countries. A familiar face on Australian TV, he continues to showcase how food connects communities through programs like A Middle East Feast. In 2022, he received the prestigious Melbourne Award for his impact on the city’s culinary culture.

Jason Edwards

With over three decades capturing the natural world across every continent, Jason Edwards has built one of the most extensive portfolios in his field. His work has featured in National Geographic, BBC Wildlife, Australian Geographic, Condé Nast Traveler and more, earning global recognition and awards for his contributions to wildlife and conservation. Beyond photography, his hands-on expertise comes from years working with scientists, conservationists and local communities on projects from African mountain patrols and lemur rehabilitation in Madagascar to documenting climate change in Antarctica.

Nick O'Hern

One of Australia’s best professional golfers, Nick O’Hern has earned his stellar reputation through consistent play and a winning mindset – one that inspired his essential books, ‘Tour Mentality – Inside the Mind of a Tour Pro’ and ‘How to Play Your Best Golf’. Turning his attentions to now uplifting promising talent on the green, Nick enjoys sharing the secret skills that helped him become the only man to beat World No. 1 Tiger Woods twice during match play.

Bree Ogilvy

Bree Ogilvy knows her way around a golf course – and a TV camera. When she’s not lighting up the screen as a presenter on ‘How Good Is Golf’, reporting on the Australian Open Golf, or fronting major brands like Genesis and Taylormade, Bree can be found fine-tuning her game on the fairways. A Division 1 pennant player turned media personality, she’s a proud member of both Commonwealth and Barham Golf Clubs and plays off an impressive six handicap. Married to professional golfer Geoff Ogilvy, Bree brings a deep love for the game – and plenty of great stories – to every round.

Miguel Maestre

Chef, restaurateur, TV personality and author: Miguel Maestre does it all for love. After cooking stints in Scotland and Europe, Miguel emigrated from Spain to Australia to follow his now-wife, and soon after opened Australia’s biggest Spanish restaurant, El Toro Loco, in sunny Manly Beach.
