Entry Restrictions: The promotion is open to Australian, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over who sign up as a member of Luxury Escapes, excluding those persons listed in clause 3 of the Conditions of Entry.

Promotion Period: The Promotion will be held at the Luxury Escapes Headquarters. Level 4, 68 Clarke Street, Southbank, VIC 3006, Australia from 9:00am AEDT 07 October 2025 to 9:00AM AEDT on 22 October 2025. No entries will be accepted before or after this time.

Verification Requirements: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Entry Procedure: To enter, go to the competition site on https://luxuryescapes.com/au/campaign/lux-list-travel-awards provide Name, Email Address, vote for your People’s Choice winner and in 25 words or less tell us your favourite destination and why. One entry per person. By entering this competition, you agree to receive marketing communications from Luxury Escapes including the best travel and experience offers.

Draw/Judging Method: Judging to take place by Luxury Escapes at the above address. Entries will be judged on creativity of the answer given which will be determined at the judge’s sole discretion.

Prize Restrictions (if any):

b. Any unused balance of the Luxury Escapes Prize (including any partial or complete trip as outlined above) will not be awarded as cash or credit and will be forfeited if not taken for any reason.

c. Prize is not transferrable to any other person.

Prize Claim Date: Prize must be claimed by 12:00pm AEDT on 31/03/2025.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements: If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or a judged entrant is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, no further judging shall take place

Additional Terms: In addition to the privacy term set out in the Conditions of Entry, if the entrant has ticked the “opt-in” box and entered the competition the entrant hereby agrees that the Promoter may send marketing material to the entrant. Promoter may also use personal information entrants provide to send information to entrants about the Promoter’s (or its related entities) products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter.
