The closest airport is Cairns Airport. Regular flights are available with Qantas, Virgin Australia, Jetstar and more, departing most Australian capital cities.

Flights to Cairns depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of eight hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of nine hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 14 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of nine hours).

Please make your own way to Cairns Marlin Wharf – Berth 20, from where return ferry transfers (Fitzroy Flyer, fast catamaran) to Fitzroy Island are included. The journey takes approx. 45 minutes each way. Click here for ferry times.
