Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made 24 hours before the departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 50% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)

Terms & Conditions:

• You must 18 years or older to consume alcohol. A valid ID will need to be provided upon request
• Minimum numbers apply for sail to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or participants who have back problems
• Minimum age for all tours is 6 years old
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
• If you are not wearing white-soled shoes you will be asked to remove your shoes for the duration of the sail

• All tours have a maximum of six travellers
