• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellations:

• No cancellation fees charged if more than 24 hours notice is given

• Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% of the experience price will be charged

• As all experiences commence at the designated start time, late arrivals will be invited to join the tour at the next most convenient point. Partial refunds are not given for late arrivals

• Guests should call 48 hours prior to arrival to re-confirm their experience

Changes to Booking:

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
