• Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Available from various wharf locations across the harbour – please advise of preferred pick-up/drop-off location at time of booking
• Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrival may shorten sailing time

• Valid for the date and duration selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Please note, cruise times include boarding and disembarkation
• Guests must truthfully declare the event, celebration or occasion for the private charter at the time of booking. Bucks parties are restricted to daylight hours only
• Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks on the cruise. Optional catering and beverage packages are available to purchase, payable directly to Sea Sydney Harbour
• Decoration of the vessel is allowed with the skipper’s consent, provided no damage occurs to the vessel when installing or removing these items
• Maximum passenger capacity for vessel is 30 guests

Terms & Conditions:

• Ticket is valid for up to 30 passengers, which includes children and infants
• Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the cruise proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If Sea Sydney Harbour deems the weather conditions unsafe, your cruise will be rescheduled to an alternate date
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sea Sydney Harbour abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Rescheduling fees may apply
