• Valid for package type and departure time selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and climbing conditions. If BridgeClimb needs to cancel climbs due to safety or security reasons, you will be notified as soon as possible and be offered a reschedule, credit voucher or a Non-Participation Letter to seek a refund from Luxury Escapes
• Climbs will proceed in rainy conditions. If it looks like there’s a chance of rain during your Climb, please bring a change of shoes and socks to keep you dry afterwards
• Minimum one person and maximum 10 people can participate in this climb
• Minimum height of 120cm applies for all climbers
• Child policy: Children aged 8–15 are permitted to climb if accompanied by paying parent/guardian. Please be advised that each child is counted as one person in a group booking. Parents/guardians can accompany children throughout the Climb experience and must assist the BridgeClimb team by managing their equipment preparation and behaviour. Children must have a general level of fitness and the ability to climb steep ladders and stairs independently. An adult can accompany up to three children.
• All participants will be required to undergo an alcohol breath test with results under 0.05 to continue
• If you are under 24 weeks pregnant or 75 years of age or over, you will need a BridgeClimb Certificate of Fitness to participate. This experience is not available for those over 24 weeks pregnant
• Any loose items such as a camera and phone are not allowed while climbing the bridge. Lockers are available onsite for you to store your belongings for the duration of the climb
• All adult climbers will require photo ID at check-in
