MasterChef Australia winner Diana Chan has curated a three-hour, self-guided dumpling degustation through Melbourne’s CBD and Chinatown. You’ll visit four restaurants personally taste-tested by Diana, with reserved tables and generous, pre-ordered dishes at every stop. Created exclusively for Luxury Escapes, these menus aren’t available to walk-in diners, giving you access to an experience you couldn’t recreate on your own. With generous servings across all four stops, you’ll want to come hungry.
Follow the digital guide between venues and sample Melbourne’s dumpling scene at its best – from no-fuss local favourites and Asian fusion to Malaysian fine dining, including one dish you may recognise from Diana’s MasterChef season. Walking directions, trivia, games and Diana’s personal recommendations are included. It’s the insider access of a hosted food tour, enjoyed at your own pace.

Start your experience in Chinatown and visit four restaurants, with the following included in your ticket:
- Stop 1: A dumpling tasting platter and a fresh salad
- Stop 2: A serve of Xiaolongbao to share
- Stop 3: A signature dumpling dish to share, plus a Thai-style salad
- Final stop: A famous dumpling dish to share

- Format: self-guided walking food tour curated by Diana Chan. Diana Chan is not present in person on the walk
- Included tastings at each of the four restaurants — specific dishes are pre-selected and cannot be substituted
- Dietary requirements: this experience includes pork, beef, seafood, peanuts and some spice. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and alternative meat preferences cannot be accommodated. Guests with severe allergies should consult AmazingCo prior to booking
- Participating restaurants may vary at short notice due to trading-hours changes or availability; AmazingCo will substitute a stop of equivalent standard where required
- This is a walking experience — please wear comfortable, closed-toe footwear suitable for CBD streets, and dress for the day’s weather
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the participating restaurants

- Each ticket admits one (1) Participant. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold
- Where alcohol is consumed at participating restaurants, guests must be aged 18+ and provide valid photo ID upon request. RSA rules apply
- Guests must follow all reasonable instructions from AmazingCo and the participating restaurants
- AmazingCo reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute restaurants due to trading, operational or supply reasons
- Restaurants may not be able to accommodate groups above a certain size at short notice; larger parties should confirm capacity with AmazingCo at booking
