Important:

• Please allow 3.5–4.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Check-in time for flight varies based on the time of sunrise and fluctuates depending on the time of year
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Beyond Ballooning operates balloon flights early in the morning as close to sunrise as possible, but specifically does not guarantee passengers will be in the air at sunrise. Weather conditions or clouds may restrict to what degree the sun or sunrise is seen. Balloons travel with the wind, which determines their speed and direction
• At the time of booking the weight of each passenger is collected to ensure proper weights and balances of the hot air balloon
• Menu is subject to change. Images and menu descriptions have been provided as an example only. Valid for dine-in only. Special dietary requirements can be catered to with advanced notice
• Dining venue is subject to availability and may be altered without notice
• Hotel transfers are not included

• Children must be accompanied by a paying responsible adult
• This experience is not suitable for:
  • People over 12 weeks pregnant
  • Children under the age of 7
  • People with major knee, back, or neck problems that will limit their ability to participate
  • People who have had a recent surgery or are recovering from injury
• An individual weight limit of 130kg applies per passenger
• Passengers must be able to stand unaided for the entire duration of the flight
• Flights may be rescheduled in the event of cancellation due to poor weather conditions. Flights are valid to reschedule for up to 12 months
• Flights are subject to minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Beyond Ballooning. The pilot may terminate a flight at any time if they determine, in their absolute discretion, that there is, or there is reasonably likely to be any risk to the safety of the passengers
• Beyond Ballooning is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon flights
• If a passenger is late to check-in for their hot air balloon flight, Beyond Ballooning has the right to cancel the passenger(s) hot air balloon flight and no refund applies
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
