• All trips and activities, prices and schedules are subject to change. Included in the total cost is GST, ferry and national park fees. Please note, a deposit is required for snorkelling gear, payable directly on the day
• Child Policy - 4 years to 14 years inclusive. Infants 0-3 years are free of charge but must be included when booking. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• No responsibility will be accepted for loss of personal items while on tour. Guests are urged not to bring valuable items. Please notify reservations teams of any special dietary requirements upon booking
• Some services may be cancelled or modified as a result of weather/tidal conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that Big Cat Green Island Cruises needs to cancel, the guest will be provided with an alternate day or travel, offered another Experience Co product, or a full refund will be provided
