• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 7 days before your chosen date) - 100%

Cancellations

• Cancellations prior to one week of travel will receive a full refund
• Cancellations 3–7 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund
• No refund will apply for cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure
• Cancellations due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances will not incur a cancellation fee

Changes to booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• For safety reasons, the minimum age for the Giant Tides sea safari tour is five (5) years old. During neap tides, the Giant Tides Sea Safari is replaced by the Kimberley Island Explorer Boat Tour. This neap tide experience traverses the intertidal zones of the beautiful and deserted 'thousand islands' that make up the Buccaneer Archipelago
• Due to scheduled tour times at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm, Air Kimberley cannot guarantee the amount or level of water flowing through the Horizontal Waterfalls at chosen time of arrival

Air Kimberley will not accept a booking for any eligible person (16+) that is not fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (double dose) or does not commit to such requirement unless a reasonable exemption is otherwise approved by any relevant authority or the company. Where a person makes a booking and is then unable to meet the requirement, they will be denied entry to the premises, in turn being denied boarding onto an Air Kimberley flight. In the event of such an occurrence, the company’s Vaccination/COVID-19 cancellation policy shall apply
