Getting to Bali is easy. Regular flights are available with Qantas, Thai Airways, Singapore Airlines, Virgin, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of six hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 9 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 4 hours).

The hotel is approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Grand Deluxe Room / Grand Deluxe Ocean Court Room - Packages are valid for two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$100 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation, breakfast, daily cocktails, and daily lunch or dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$50 per child, per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation, breakfast and daily lunch or dinner. Payable directly to the hotel. Only one extra bed per room. Children (aged five years and under) may stay and dine free of charge (when dining with a paying adult), sleeping on existing bedding with Club access included.

Baby Policy: Two infants (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Cliff Private Pool Ocean Junior Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.

Transfers: A private, one-way airport transfer included is in your package.

In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact ICS Travel Group directly via email luxuryescape@icstravelgroup.com. You must provide the following information at time of booking (and no later than 48 hours prior to arrival):

• A copy of your booking confirmation email
• Names of all travellers
• Ages of children travelling
• Arrival date and time
• Airline and flight number
• Contact phone number

IMPORTANT: Transfers are in Toyota APV’s or Toyota Avanza’s and are for a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under) per package. Maximum three luggage pieces allowed per car due to space restrictions of the vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions. Surcharges may apply should a larger vehicle be required.

Please note: Izakaya by Oku will be opening in June 2019. Due to limited space, dining at Izakaya by Oku must be booked 24 hours in advance. Koral Restaurant will be opening in August 2019. Reef Beach Club will be opening in Q3 of 2019. (Subject to change)
