Begin by toasting your gourmet journey ahead with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, listening to the ambient sound of the waves of Freshwater Beach as you unwind in the white coast-inspired interior of this chef-hatted restaurant. Then, taste your way through a luxurious dining experience inspired by the passion and flavours of Giovanni Pilu’s beautiful homeland.

- Manzo: Black Angus beef sirloin cap, Dutch carrots, dates & mint
