I booked the hotel to celebrate my friend's birthday. Suite room had a great layout including a separate toilet that could be accessed from both the bedroom and the lounge room (sooooo handy!). We had a sofa bed made up in the lounge room, so we each had own bed/space. We took advantage of the club lounge offerings, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and pre dinner evening drinks and canapes. Honestly, we didn't really have to leave the hotel! Great value hotel in a great central location. It was perfect for girls staycation! I also pre arranged flowers and snacks for my friend as her birthday gift. The guest relations manager was lovely to deal with. The concierge team was also very friendly and professional. The reception was welcoming and efficient. It was a delightful stay!

Brilliant location, rooms great with comfy beds and pillows. Facilities fantastic, pool area lovely, bar lovely place to sit and sip. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the stay here. Fantastic location. Rooms had good views and were a highlight. Buffet breakfast slightly limited compared to other 5 star CBD hotels.

I appreciated the upgrade to a King Suite with balcony. The room was lovely but the bathroom was quite dated, although perfectly functional. I used the pool which was a little on the cold side. The breakfast wasn't brilliant - the choice in cut fruits was limited, service wasn't great with someone trying to take my plate away before I had finished or put my knife and fork side by side. Coffee was self service from a machine. For the class of hotel it definitely could be improved.
