From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and looked after. Bags taken to our very clean room with no fuss. 4 different pillows to choose from, really comfy mattress. Breakfast was included, we were impressed with the variety, the amazing choice of delicious pastries. Loved the gym, heated spa and main pool.
